The Access to Healthy Food For Young Children Act strengthens CACFP in a number of ways including increasing access with better eligibility criteria an additional meal, higher reimbursement rates and so much more.

Why Advocate Now?

For the first time in 10 years Congress is prioritizing the Child Nutrition Reauthorization Act (CNR).  CNR provides Congress an opportunity to strengthen and invest in CACFP.  Now is the time to let them know why CACFP is a critical component of child development .
